SHIPPING:
Once the package leaves my studio, I am not responsible for lost orders. Please make sure you have the correct mailing address.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Please contact me within 5 days from receiving your package (ship back within 7 days of delivery). Buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please make sure the tapestry is packaged with care so nothing is damaged in the mail.
